Martin Environmental Technologies, LP (MET) and Loibl Förderanlagen GmbH would like to announce that MET and Loibl will work together to support Loibl projects and aftermarket requirements in North America, which we believe will improve services to our customer base.

As of May 2023, Martin GmbH für Umwelt- und Energietechnik, Munich, has taken over the shareholder shares in Loibl Holding GmbH from the previous shareholder representative.

Following the completion of the takeover, Loibl Förderanlagen GmbH is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Martin GmbH für Umwelt- und Energietechnik. Loibl has extensive experience as a manufacturer of customized transport solutions for bulk materials, from individual components to complex systems.

MET will coordinate inquiries/customer support/spare parts supply requests in cooperation with Loibl for the existing installed base as well as future project requirements in North America.
